Appointments canceled within 3 hours prior to its scheduled time will be charged 50% of the amount of the booked service. No shows will be charged in full.  Appointments that arrive late which cannot be accommodated in full, partially or at all within the scheduled timeframe, will also be charged in full.  

By booking an appointment at the Nail Garten, the client understands and agrees to all terms and conditions of our appointment, reschedule, and cancellation policies.  

We do deserve the right to refuse service(s) and or cancel any appointments.

Please be advised, we require a valid credit card to confirm and hold all appointments, no exception. 

When you book an appointment, we hold that time for you.  So, we ask if you need to modify or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
